Cacs and others that are sympathetic to their viewspoints love to bring up affirmative action and other things that have tried to equal the playing field for minorities while not talking about who it's benefited most which are White women.
These cacs get tax incentives for their businesses, subsidies, and they also get real creative with the terms of agreements. They might not say it's specifically for Whites but they can use language stipulations that easily disqualifies 90 percent of minorities.
