I made this book during the time of probably the worst period of my entire life. Some of yall know bits and pieces of the story, but lets just say that my family and I downsized to be expats. We had the contract to go overseas, the passports, and etc. Sadly, Covid happened and a pissing contest between China and USA that ended the dream of traveling, along with killing my wife's gig as a English teacher. Throughout those two years, we struggled from hotel room to her in-laws house, endure revelations of our past, and felt the backstabbing and pain of being different.
This book damn neared killed me spiritually because once I published the book...I had to sell my laptop just to add nights to the hotel we are currently staying at. Quite frankly, I'm down bad but still not out.
For the reading brehs that want a good memoir and some poetry to the mix, enjoy. If you have Kindle Unlimited, holla at ya marsupial. If you want something for the kindle, I appreciate the support.
Share, pirate, whatever you may want with this book...just understand that this is my gift to yall. Yall are the real ones during this struggle. I made jokes, laugh, and cried with yall humans, but on the strength yall the only family I got beyond my wife and son.
So hope y'all enjoy this book and be on the lookout for the next one coming soon
