[Humble (Not) Mike Tyson]

Even as a huge LB stan that was gonna support regardless, this album blew me away. Zero drop-off at all. If anything its one of their best albums. I haven't heard quality rap skits in a very long time and they all fit perfectly.

As usual they manage to speak for the regular working brehs without crossing the line into sanctimony. I couldn't be happier about this release.

Visuals look like it’s from Black August in Durham . That and the Caribbean festival in Raleigh are so much flavor ... moreso than any black festival in the state, imo.


...and the Black Theater Fest in Winston but that’s every 4 years I think.

This is excellent. While I heard a few loose joints here and there I think this is my first Little Brother album have to check their other projects after this

just had a chance to sit for a sec with this ... and ... ... just such quality craftsmanship, so robust , so full ... so soulful, so thoughtful ... especially considering the anemic stuff in today’s climate . Everybody involved really came with it . And I really believe as Tay alluded to, this is just the beginning ... just an appetizer

Wouldn’t be mad if people put this in AOTY consideration .
