They can record it, let it trend on social media and the get social services involved without being directly responsible for getting them involved.

Yeah, people do this because the kids won't get in as much trouble as the parents if caught. Knew people who did this with their kids as well as using the kids to shoplift.

The intention was to post it on social media so that it could get lots of views/trend. The rest of the events that I listed is what follows when a video like that trends.

They can't do anythiing but tell social services b/c they are not the girl's parents. I would post the video on social media as well. Why would someone tell on a person who lets their little girl sell drugs? That sounds dangerous. At least this way it looks like an accident.
