Ex-Marine John Lang of Fresno, California observed that the Fresno Police Department was scanning the license plates of parked vehicles in mostly Black neighborhoods, then would manufacture violations as an excuse to fine these people and pull them over. He started keeping tabs on the police, and was vocal about his findings online, he exposed the FPD, so they stalked, intimidated, and harassed him, and was later silenced.

Can't wait to read all the "duck tales" or he was just paranoid or that he was a nutty Conspiracy Theorist.
