Somehow I doubt it. I've NEVER seen blk people in American bleaching skin and u can legit tell when it happens. It's not even a cultural thing we talk about like wearing weave or hairlines b/c it doesn't happen.

Sounds suspect. In fact I'm gonna go to the ethnic aisle in Walmart and take a picture of it. Virtually NO skin-lightening products are on the shelves. I'd be surprised to see some. There are blemish creams, and facial cleansers and tanning lotions.

I don't think it's permanent if you stop using it. It goes back to normal. At least that's how cake soap is from what I seen. That soap they be using in loas and thailand too is like that I think it's called bumbine or whatever.

Your skin becomes even darker than it originally was before you started using the bleaching products. That's what happened to my mom's.
