Are they really going to wear the same outfits for 10 episodes?

Like I understand for a cartoon but in live action it kind of hurts the premise of it being real people passing time together.

I hope they creating new plots for each episode, not having it based entirely on the anime itself.

Can't believe this actually has a release date, I thought I'd be retirement age by the time it actually dropped.

Not sure if it'll be good or not, but I'll give it a shot.

Except Faye doesn't have the giant rack.

Probably for the best :yeshrug: not all anime designs translate well to live action. Having Faye look like she just walked out the plastic surgeon's office would be kind of distracting and corny anyway.

Everyone except Faye seems on point. There is no way that girl in that outfit does Faye's character justice at all. I am expecting this to be terrible, but hopefully they pull it off.

They failed when they cast Harold...double fail when they didn't cast Will Tun Lee for Spike.

I like Will Yun Lee but hard disagree. Cho despite getting fit for the role looks too weak to me. Lee too short and too brolick. And they're both half a century old :flabbynsick:
Andrew Koji would have been a much better fit than either them.

Andrew Koji....

At this point they're all 30+ and that's fine, but they're also Asian, so they look young regardless. Also Spike is listed as 6'2....ain't no Asian actors that tall, Koji funny enough is the tallest out of the three.

True dat but Koji has the closest specs out of all of them and while the anime already has weird ages for the Bebop crew, casting Koji as Spike would have at least respected the anime version's age gap between Spike and Jet.
