PCI's(pre-combat inspections)..The last thing that should of happened is his car breaking down. I'm sure his time on the police force he kept maintenance of his own patrol car. How the fcku do you use a vehicle that's inoperable?
You think these cops maintenance their own vehicles? Also I'm not sure you can foresee an axle breaking down on you.
