Hell yeah they are. I blast my car AC at 85° if it feels humid, fukk that noise
I took a trip to Phoenix Arizona, was mid 90s the entire time i was there. I barely sweated, walking down the street and everything. And I'm the type that get hot quick. I finally realized why desert animals sit in the shade to stay cool

Dry heat is different as long as you have shade it's not that bad. A hat or sitting under a cover will keep you cool. 95 with humid is worse than 110 with no humidity
That's why we have swimming pools.
It's not really that bad once you get used to it.
Just don't park your car somewhere unshaded or.

Me and my cousin were literally just talking about the heat in AZ. He lives out there and loves it, he has been trying to get me to come live out there for years.
