I’m a naturalized Washingtonian now but Maryland will always be a home to be proud of.

The Fed prints money and the Blue States typically have positive tax revenue and can move money around for stuff like this.

Finding money to stop Mass starvation, is something that they can sell the electorate as well with the politicians.

They probably can't do it for super long though.

This is only for the States that received federal funding and released benefits before the recent court order.

He can't force States that fund SNAP through their own state funding to not release funds since they're not using federal money, but rather State dollars.
