Why in the hell would you need to recount all of the evidence and statements before you state whether he is guilty or not guilty? If i knew this is how it was going to be, i would of just went to sleep.

Some judges will say guilty or not guilty before giving the reasons, but that's like 5%. The way she's doing it now is the normal way. Remember, this is a murder case, usually it would be with a jury and they wouldn't have to provide you a reason. But on the normal cases a judge oversees, it would be like half an hour.

Not the stenographer's transcripts, that is literally every word. People don't realize, but judge-alone trials they are always typing notes. The main points.

She builds the case up so we see how she got there. Yall just impatient, if it was yall, you would wanna hear every damn thing
