Gimme Fabregas > Silva at this point and Oscar = Nasri (Nasri might have a slight edge)

Them wings though? Hazard and Schurrle give Chelsea the edge for me and Diego a Costalready started to put in work. Only thing is if Chelsea still playing the same style they did last year then I might have to cause thats just a waste. But From a talent standpoint I'll give Chelsea the slight nod over City.
