It’s weird to me other than Jersey having the craziest property tax in the nation above all states the housing sticker price isn’t as crazy as NYC so that $4,000 rent can be a nice big home somewhere in NJ that’s still close to NYC.

Hoboken is the GOAT urban Jersey city along the Hudson IMO. Those cities in Jersey are a slower pace than NYC is. Not that there's anything wrong with that. Jersey City is cool but the nice part is kind of bland to me, the best part of Jersey City is looking at another city :dame:


I went to Liberty State Park in summer of 2020 and it was damn near deserted, its nice though. Took a couple of phone pics..
