Imho neighborhoods in Brooklyn and queens on the east river have the best views. Brooklyn heights, Dumbo, Long city, etc

It use to be hood as hell in the projects. I didn't think JC had a nice area til i left them projects alone
They gentrified the fukk out of it. A shame I ain’t older, would have bought some buildings and land when it was cheap.

brooklyn heights and dumbo are now the most expensive places in nyc...its not comparable to jersey city.

I’m up like 50k in estimates on a property that I’ve had less than a year. There’s not a lifestyle in this world that would have me pissing away money every month when I can be making money with equity.
