Not really. Trolls paying money for checkmarks on twitter prove this and just in general, money rarely changes the base nature of a person. You'd also get comment Karens, people who feel extra entitled to their opinions since they are paying for them.

I think body shaming is wrong when you specifically only talk about her aesthetics, especially if you share your thoughts proactively.
But if we remove the idea of aesthetics and only focus on health and the spreading of the message that being unhealthy, even morbidly obese, is beautiful... that's where we need to draw the line.
