Yo, why they cut out Foxy tho? 
Damn they did Fox boogie dirty , what was the purpose of having her attend if she wasn't performing ? 
Her verse was crazy considering the fact she was only 16 at the time .

It looks like she did do something but she was just cut in the video. When Fat Joe is rapping up his verse you can see Foxy behind him walking up to the front of the stage to perform and the crowd goes crazy, then it cuts to her walking back to the spot she originally was at. She even yells "Thug..." when she's walking up like she was about to spit her verse.
