No one who was watching this when it happened could deny how hype LL would get you! Starving LL was the epitome of Hip Hop. I lived wanting a boombox to turn up in the streets. When LL showed up anywhere he was kinetic af. Basically covered all the bases of an MC, get you moving, party songs, battle rhymes, storytelling, girl shyt, and B-Boy attitude. That's why they say his rhyming DNA is in almost every rapper who followed him and I can see it. Far from one dimensional early on he set the blueprint to become a complete MC.
Literally has some of the best party anthems, battle records, girl songs, rhyming ability AND longevity. GOAT is deserved to him and just a few others.
