Speak to an accountant. You might be better off with an S Corp. it all depends on your goals as a business.

And as others said, the idea is more important than getting a corporation.

A know a guy who started a mounting service while he was working at Best Buy selling tvs. He added installing wifi cameras while he learned some basic wiring so he could add in security systems too, then charging stations. Now he has a team of about 4 people that does all the above. That’s his business. He’s currently learning how to install solar panel systems.

Breh gets his LLC, insurance, business tax ID and a magnetic sign on his van or truck...he has met the bar to enter people's homes.

He just has to have the skills and follow through.

Soft skills. Keeping his books right and making it through the first year.
