Yes. If the parents are illegal. Thats what Obama's DAPA was supposed to "stop" because people kept complaining but still since Congress never came up with another alternative they're still doing deportations.

1. These charts ignore who exactly contributed to the welfare subsidies in each household. Some immigrant households have greater number of children which largely drives the number of these results.
2. Medicaid and SSI benefit levels and eligibility are determined on an individual basis, not a household one. Many immigrants are legally ineligible for those programs but their U.S.-born spouses and children do have access.
3. The chart focuses more on cost but ignores revenue in taxes from immigrants
