The Budden interview was mid. Cool to hear him talk but he didn’t really get asked anything. It was a cool convo to listen to amongst home boys tho. Dope to see how their relationship developed over the years but after 5 years of not doing interviews, somebody has to actually not be scared to ask him some questions and they don’t even have to pertain to 50

I wanna hear Banks with Nore, Breakfast Club or something. I know if he goes to Drink Champs, Nore for sure will ask him to elaborate on the issues Juelz brought up with them. Cassidy sneak dissed him recently too.

Budden them asked him who’s pen he respects and the convo was so buddy buddy they let him get out of actually giving an answer lol

Ehh he not chasing but def understands what pays the bills. Them days of heavy mainstream success are long gone

He’s no different than other non highly publicized rappers who stick to a formula for their core

He dropped a freestyle recently that had a play on words using Banks and at the end claimed he was the PLK

In addition to that, Juelz been callin him out for a Verzuz and Jimmy said he’d wash him so his name been in ppl mouths lately

In the summer of 2004, Hunger For More dropped. I was 20 years old, at the time. I remember folks tryin to say, Banks was 21-22 at the time...

Tryin to frame it like, he was "the baby" of the crew (tryin to play the nggas his age 20s, like they weren't on his level). I knew that old face ngga, had to be 29, early 30s at the least. :mjgrin:


Today, 18 years later...after looking at this Budden interview thumbnail...I feel vindicated. This bloated, Busta in the face ass ngga.... :mjgrin:

Yo, everybody got fat man, wtf? Lol...salute to Buddens for being one of the few who looks like he did when he came out (minus the grays of course). Get in the f'n gym man...or just do your 10-15k steps a day, incorporate speed walking/light jogging in there, you'll sweat all that bullshyt off.
