It occurred to me that most of his best work is not what people know. He's a really talented wordsmith and when he wants to, can scorch a beat to flames. This is one of those you have to bring back a couple times just to hear what all he's saying.

Lyrically this might be his best album

The problem with Rotten Apple was most of the songs sounded the same with no story connecting them

I understood what he was trying to do... Make an album with a cold, New York feel but the timing was wrong, 2006 was a bad year for that. People wanted to hear soulja boy and Kanye West

i thnk alot of people were just jumpin on the bandwagon by trashin this album. hed become a much better artist than on his debut--better at hooks, flows and more personality.
