As with anything Lloyd banks related, I’ll believe it when I see it.
Battle rap isn’t really step back in this era. Just view it as another revenue stream. He’ll definitely get paid more for this then just doing a show.
Yeah, but a show isn't gonna potentially tarnish his legacy. Cassidy kinda looked at as a joke now. He's just a circus act you bring out at your battles for a little promo. If he dropped an album today no one would give a fukk no matter how dope it was. Banks still has a bit of an aura left and he can foster a fan base. If he gets embarrassed in a battle he's only gonna lose fans.
We just gotta see what happens if it actually goes down. Banks has had his eye on JohnJohn for awhile now so it’s well thought out if he pursues it.
Typically i would dismiss his chances if it were anyone else, but JohnJohn isnt the most dynamic battler.
