Dope Dope Dope. I only got to the 7th or 8th joint, stopped it after Styles verse (he killed that shyt. So did Marci and Benny on their shyts). Sounds gritty and boom bappy as fukk, just how it should. Salute to Banks, I think he is getting better with the writing too...and he definitely got better with writing hooks. My only complaint whatsoever is that he can start sounding monotone after while...so the album being so long may make that stick out a lot. That's it tho, fire so far...and pardon self for talking greasy about him a few days ago, lol, wasn't no hate, he shut me up with this joint.

A lot of gems do tend to get buried, at least with me because the flow and schemes are what I notice first so it’ll be a few listens down the line before I catch everything he’s saying. His shyt is very dense with wordplay, rhyme schemes and flows so I’ll be processing one set of bars and overlook the next set while I do.

great, great album though. mixing hasn’t really bothered me but I still noticed it at spots. banks has had worse tho, still a step up from the Halloween Havoc series.

Yeah ever since I started making beats I notice the elements of bad mixes more and it definitely sticks out at points. His vocals are mixed poorly throughout and the hi-hats sometimes have that fizzy sound that always results from the mid-high frequencies being turned down too much

plus the fact that his album is higher than the Durk/Baby on at least 1 chart got ppl talking... but let’s ignore the fact that that chart is the 1 he had preorders on and most ppl stream anyway

he got played on Apple Music.. he was MIA in the new music playlist
