finally on YT music, but he missed the new album page. smh

should be a lesson learned by his team

on his return I give him a 4/5 too for overall delivery. we expect great songs/lyrics at this point, and I appreciate that he delivered.

on his next roll out, we need videos, interview or two, and all DSPs loaded at one time

It's still not on YT Music. Only as a playlist and individual videos. The album isn't on there.

Mackin' gave me a freezin' chest, always thirty degrees or less
Destined for me to be the best, out of QU-2 E's-NS
Vegetable state for being fake, EMS to a vegan death
Poverty leaves you breathin' stressed, legal mess on the freedom steps

18 years old, I was golden brown with the tats covered
Classic material crumbled up in my scrap bucket
Stumbled onto one of my demos, caught a relapse from it
Born to rise my work 'til this day done made me immortalized

Can someone list all banks official mixtapes, I want to catch up from back in the day...

I downloaded all 5 of his his money in the bank series and was listening today, used to really like banks, but ain’t listened in a while.

This is all you need...Take a month to unback... COLI is great no doubt and Banks is great but FNO is his best work IMO the energy my god and the beats better....More jewels too.

@Big dikk lisyed them, but just to add some context.

The ones from 2011 to now are the ones most similar to the new release, after he moved from the punchline style, and they all have original production.

FNO is my favorite, and most people seem to prefer that one and Cold Corner 2 (with CC2 usually getting the edge over FNO).

The general consensus on the 2011-current tapes are that Halloween Havoc 2 and 3 are probably the weakest. AON sounds like a good extension of FNO, and V6 is sort of its own style, and it’s got a big cult following too.

V5 is 2009, so I didn’t mention that one. It’s a fun listen because you can hear him transitioning from the punchline style to his current style.

This a good take. Also he got away from Whoo kid yelling over the music....For me if we start from 4.30.09 and go to COTI I rank his tapes...

1) FNO
2) FNO
3) FNO
4) CC2
5) COTI
6) AON
7) V6
8)HH3
9) V5
10) HH2
11) 4.30.09

Cover Me
Predator
We Don't Play
Food
Land of Opportunity
Unexplainable

Which one is y'all's favorite? It's Predator for me but when the dust settles Food may take that spot

I like Vado no disrespect I am compairing his Verse on COTI to his other Banks versus thats why I say it weak...He not weak tho...I think Banks would of put Joe after VAdo maybe also there is more music coming confirmed by Hovain his manager and Bombaayy his mixer and other people so we will get a Banks track Feat Budden in time.

Yeah I felt the same about Vado and that verse still. I'm gunna need a Smoke and Mirrors freestyle from Joe too if he's gunna be rapping lol. Even the producer called him out:

Good post. That’s my exact order too. I might put HH2 over V5. I’m not sure. I’d have to listen again.

One thing that really sucks IMO is how much the DJ Whoo Kid era mixtapes kill the vibe with the yelling, gun shots, and track re-starts. I can’t do it man. It sounds like I’m complaining too much, but in my 30’s, with so many other options to listen to…it’s just very difficult for me to not get too aggravated by all that.

I can listen to a select few tracks, but I can’t remember the last time I played any of those tapes all the way through. It’s too annoying.

I really wish there was a way to hear so much great 2000’s mixtape material without the annoying DJ shyt all over it.
