The management at INC, not hopping on the EDM wave in 09/10 and some personal issues happened.

His new songs are dope tho.

Well from the looks of thangs he doesn't have "IT" whatever he is doing Usher did it better.

Dude definitely had that IT factor imo moreso than any other R&B cat of the last generation other than Chris Brown. Especially Trey Songz, if ya'll don't remember Trey had to switch his style up completely. Dude was looking like a conscious Kawhi Leonard early on and his first two albums flopped majorly. He took some time off cut off the braids, got some abs and then went platinum.

His first album "Southside" was cool (Hey Young Girl and Take It Low.) But when Lloyd dropped "Street Love" tho :banderas: he was that nikka. That's when he became a star. My favorite album of his.

You, Certified, I Don't Mind. Get It Shorty, Incredible, Take You Home, Streetlove, One For Me :wow:, I Want You (Remix with 3000 and Nas)

Also killed his features on Jarule's "Caught Up, Wale's "Sabotage" Childish Gambino's record, etc.

Lessons of Love had some records on it too. Didn't mess with any of his albums after that :yeshrug:
