Depends on the offense. If "off the ball"=standing in the corner then no. If it involves him cutting or posting up other otherwise occupying the defense while his teammates work then I don't see why not.

Kyrie bout to get exposed. He's a small 2, he can't run the show. He's terrible defensively and they have no size to cover up for him. Sideshow isn't the same player he was...age and injuries have taken their toll. Dion or Wiggins is about to get traded for Love.
