Black people do have a tendency to put lighter skin on a pedestal. Seen it and heard it my whole life. I hate that. They do in Brazil and in the West Indes too. Lighter skinned babies tend to be highly esteemed out the womb by their family and relatives. Its no wonder that they feel some type of way when they get older. I don't really blame them, its the fault of the people and the society around them more for creating that monster. That teamlightskin stuff is getting out of hand because of it. But this whole world is against the image of the black God man...who is fully expressed in the image of Heavenly Father and Christ who are both so-called black man according to the scriptures. White supremacy suppresses and opposes this image as a core value in its ideology and thus infected the world with white supremacist thinking.

Most of the fine chics I grew up with were dark skinned. Of the top 10 black girls at my HS, probably 2 were light skinned, true yellow bones. 5 were chocolate and 3 were medium. Any man that honest will tell you that dark skinned dimes get chose quick. Dudes wife those up and keep them at home. Two of the most beautiful women I have known were dark skinned. One was crazy and the other had a kid...so wouldn't wife either by default.

This issue effects women more than men. For every woman that prefers a lightskinned dude there is a woman that prefers a dark skinned dude. I have a cousin that is dark skinned and he had a lot of success pulling light skinned black women and white women because they flock to him without effort and he seriously has no preference for skin color. He is one of the few dudes that doesn't go crazy over light skinned women. Dude gives the stiff arm to white women. He has a pre-willie lynch mindset He only has had serious relationships with black women and 1 indian chic. I'm Will Smith complexion... lighter skin but not yellow but caramel and I have had less success with light skinned black women, but I attract darker skinned black women and latina women easily. I know for a fact that my lighter skin gave me an advantage when it came dealing with latinas.
