You're talking about the heavily populated minority cities like Houston and Austin pushing the cost of living and job market into inflated rates making it impractical to live while the houses are poorly constructed. This also increases homelessness and drives the crime rate up while the police arrest homeless ppl for living on the streets.

This doesn't work because alot the conservatives live in the outskirts where there's more acres and buy land for dirt cheap. Then I may even throw in the fact that Texas has more sundown towns than any other state as well and that's not going anywhere.

But as it turns out even Texans get fed up when they freeze to death because of a terrible power grid, and don't like it when their kids are murdered while police force them to watch while hanging back and fiddling with gadgets they don't need, paid for by the same tax dollars of those parents they're traumatizing. Even they have their limits.
