I dunno man. I live in a major city and travel a lot through the Eastcoast, South and Midwest for my job.. I've never seen one young Black male wearing a leather skirt in public..I think Kanye's influence on young "lost n1ggas" or hip hop culture in general is greatly exaggerated..
