I stand corrected, it was Tom Whalley that signed Tupac to Interscope but Ted Field showed the tape to his daughter and that's what sealed the deal. He must of been invested in it in some way if (like...eeerrrr...owning the company) he wanted to ask his daughters opinion. She could've said no and Tupac might be alive today leading a different life, who knows - but he served his purpose. He was an achiever and one of the greatest social engineers of our time.
