I think you should consider removing signatures all together. They're useless anyway and the threads would be easier to read. Just the posts and the daps.

A minimalist approach would be better here (look at NeoGAF for example).

not currently. when you upload your avi it makes a few different versions of it...the server technology to enable gif resizing on upload is still beta...we're looking for a work around

try reuploading yours. we imported the vbulletin avis which were smaller in size so they dont look great
