once again, some of these people are more concerned with turning this into a witch hunt rather than articulate the normalization of sexual assault.

Whats funny about this is that I believe most, if not all of their stories, because i see the parallels to racism and how Black Folks have struggled in various industries in similar ways.

Where the two diverge is that most Black people have known for generations and accepted that even the most well meaning CAC will have an episode of racism. So rather, its not about exposing and shaming them for every single instance of racism (because we'd be here all day), but more about pushing change by having a discourse, increased representation, ownership, and policies that protect us.

Additionally, what it really comes down to is that sexual assault can be taken to court or be settled on. Whereas acts of racism are given the treatment by the courts.
