Even if I agree with your post (I actually do due to your overall reasoning), you do realize you could literally say everything you said about Rihanna - to describe every attractive female on this planet.
Every decent looking woman on earth has a phenotype that you can find in another group of women. So every female looks "regular" when you see them in an area that has abundance of their phenotype
In fact show me any woman you consider attractive - and I can bet most coli males and females have seen a similar chick on various campuses, lounges and walmarts.
Regular is common. It's not "Fred's homie's baby mother's niece's daughter looks like XYZ." So, no, you can't say that about every other attractive woman. I saw at least 3 girls on par with Riri today and I'll probably see more tomorrow. I can go months without seeing an exceptionally attractive woman.

Due to human genetic variation there's no such thing as a woman who looks phenotypically unique or non-common to the rest of the general population. Everyone place/area on earth has phenotypes that is common to them- so whatever type of woman(Brazilian, trini, habesha, dominican etc) YOU consider exceptionally attractive(or "exotic") looks common in the area where they are from AND any city in a heterogeneous society.
Show me an IG thot or model who looks exceptionally attractive to you, and if you can, show me a picture of her face without make-up/eye lashes/filters/fake hair and I can show you a million regular women who look similar and are on par with her.
Hell I'm confident you look better without makeup than some of the "exceptionally attractive" woman you idolize.
