I don't think Pagano is as bad of a HC as some make him out to be

It's not his fault that he lacks talent at certain spots on defense, just like it isn't his fault that Art Jones is so damned injury prone.

However, wasn't he known for being a defensive specialist? Maybe he was a CB specialist, can't really remember. Either way, the defense has been underwhelming since he came in, even though it isn't 100% his fault. I just wish Grigson was more determined in creating a top flight defense, instead of continuing to put bandages on it while improving the offense (which was already good). I'm still pissed at the Trent Richardson trade/LaRon Landry failure.

Hopefully Sio Moore marks the beginning of that.

Pagano is currently fighting for more control over the roster, so I'm sure the majority, if not all, of the roster moves were made regardless of his opinion.

But I do agree that it seems like our coaching staff has no clue what they're doing for the most part. I was so sure of Arthur Jones making a good impact, dude just got placed on IR

We could have easily built a top 10 defense by now.

Yeah I understand that, I'm just saying that as far as acquiring talent/drafting players it mostly falls on Grigson.

I do think that both of them have done a subpar job so far, and yeah Pagano playing DHB over Hilton is unforgivable.

We have always had that coaching problem, even back in the Peyton Manning days. Without a sufficient run stopper like Bob Sanders (which LaRon Landry's dumbass should've easily been) we probably wont ever be able to adequately stop the run. It's insane, really.

Im not a fan of Grigson either. How u a former olineman and cant get a goid oline Cherilus sucked. I always hated that signing. Now we have to hope Khaled Holmes can stay healthy. If he goes down, we're fukked. No depth @ all
