I think Halo 2 was the goat for its time but the map control of power weapons dominating the match days are long gone with the standard weapon load outs of today. If the other team has the rockets, sniper, and vehicles might as well quit.

Only thing good about halo was making custom maps with things that go b00m everywhere.

Used to have whole hallways lined up with canisters that all bl3w up like dominos when they got shot.

Play MLG settings with BR start. Halo has always been about map control and power weapon control and being able to overcome them with your BR when your on the other end.

Yeah starting off with the BR would be much better than a weak SMG. I always start with a DMR in Halo 4. The ordinance drops in 4 gave you a chance to come back and save your K/D if you ended up on bad teams.

ordnance drops were trash and dumbed the game down WAY too much....if you can coordinate with yoru teammates while using your own skill to acquire weapons on the map you deserve to get abused all game...
