i've got a whole mess of bs to deal w the next year or so. i'm currently still working in manhattan, but i've been trying to find a new job for years. i am not a fan of my current gig (see exhibit a- me posting in this thread regularly). i'm considering trying to find a way to transition into my family business (which is out on LI). assuming i'm still working here when the house is built i will be taking the train in and out from the mineola station. i also still own my apt here in manhattan. it's been on the market for a few months and i'm hoping to sell it sooner than later. depending on when that happens w that in relation to closing on the house, who knows where i will be temporarily? could be at my parents, my in laws, or renting in mean time. i honestly have no idea what's going to happen. i'll tell you one thing though, it's a good thing i'm not busy here. it makes it a lot easier to deal w all this.

what do you think is the reason you haven't been able to sell your apartment??? what part of manhattan are you currently at if you mind me asking

my apartment is in gramercy and i have no idea why it's been so difficult to sell it. based on all the comps in the building and neighborhood it's priced fairly. it's had tons of traffic, just not many bids. bad luck i guess .
