I marked out when I saw this video.

I really think Logic is going to break into the top-5 with this. He's been criticized of not being able to separate himself, but this right here looks really unique.

This dude knows how to express himself really well on record, but his creativity is all backed by his cac-genes I feel.
Sometimes I listen to his music and I legit thank God that he knows the lingo because without it his music would be status. The dude is talented, but aside from the legitimacy of his lyrics there isn't anything that's just "his". Not even his flow is really his. Coulda capitalized on the ad-libs, but nope.

He's an incomplete rapper, and the sad thing is that you can really feel the part that's missing from him when you listen to his dope records.

I always hear this knock on him on forums, but can you really pinpoint what it is? I'm not hearing the same music as y'all, man. He sounds different to me than Kendrick and Cole.

Bandwagon opinions. Him and Kendrick make two far different types of music nikkas is bugging.

The Cole comparison is lazy too. I personally know the difference between a Cole, Logic, and Kendrick song. Guess others can't .

The Cole and Kendrick comparisons are lazy as hell... Logic's stories and lyrics are his own, he just borrowed some elements of their image/persona and aesthetic

Since when is being inspired by two respectable MCs a bad thing






That being said, I'd like to hear him continue to cultivate his own sound and style, because he certainly has the talent to do so. He definitely has the live performing down pat though. Caught him at a festival this summer and he has some great stage presence and performed his songs in FULL (which is tougher than you think, there's guys who literally poke in here and there to rap a few bars over their background tracks ).

Unlike most of yall I'm looking forward to this album. Hopefully it's as good as under pressure. Low key I think he has one of the best albums last year. Better than J Coles yea I said it.

Nah, I liked Under pressure but they are neck and neck. Wet Dreamz = Nikki

On a side note this is shaping like 2013....
We need Pusha, Gambino and Ye/Jay to drop....
