Logic fan from day one, and bump all his albums in the whip, and I'm including this one in the rotation for sure.

My two main complaints about his music are

1. Content. He seemingly runs out and repeats the same things in multiple tracks (his ethnic background, I'm retired, "PLP", etc.)

2. The swagger jacking/biting, and it's blatant. In YSIV, that was the concept I guess, but it didn't help his reputation as a biter.

Other than that, dude can spit, has actual bars and his production choice is the best in rap. Only other artist I put up with him with production choice is Rick Ross.

I also vibe with Logic as a person. He's into basically all the shyt I'm into while also being a nikka from the hood. I can relate to dude, on many levels.

I usually hate albums with too many tracks that are all only like 2 minutes long, but it works really well for this album, mainly because it’s a whole album of just rappity rap over boom bap, along with the large amount of features that are all spittas, the samples, the scratches, the flex narration…the whole album just flows really well as this big ass cypher,

There’s nothing crazy content wise here at all, like people said he’s really not saying much of anything, but it’s a dope project for your earphones or just to have in the background if you like this kinda thing

This is Logics lane pretty much, breh is unbearable when he’s on his overly preachy positive shyt, he just comes across as nothing but a try hard pandering goofball

Edit: Side note, I feel like this is kinda what Buddens “Feature Presentation” album was gonna be all those years back before he shelved it
Totally agree and I’ve never been a Logic fan. I just ran 6 miles with this in the ear pods and the album was entertaining as hell. Loved the Stones Throw nods sprinkled all throughout as well as the homage paid to Dilla and Madlib

shyt, it just made me run to my record store for a little reup. Chillen on the MPC now :ahh:

he can spit but his content is bland and he's not charismatic. I think welcome to forever is his best song
