Typical american point of view when it comes to caribbean people.Guyana, Trinidad, Bahamas, Barbados, Cayman Turks, Virgin Island, Grenada etc.. all = Jamaican to me
Don't question my ignorance
No offense taken, really since we used to it by now. 
But problem is if someone from the caribbean says some about "americans" or "black americans" , the americans will keep passing the buck like "nah.. that's them downs south n!ggas" or "nah that's them midwest n!ggas" or "nah that's them west coast n!ggas". And by that i dont necessarily mean saying anything offensive. Could be anything like about food or culture or whatever.
- New York area back people think black southerners are ignorant.
- Black Southerners think New Yorkers are arrogant.
- West Coast black people think New Yorkers are too intense and obnoxious.
- New York area blacks think Californians are weird
- Midwest blacks dont like to be associated with either of the other groups
- shyt goes on and on
