Assuming he doesn't bring the same offense from Oregon, he's a great hire. He's coached up a lot of mediocre recruits and made a powerhouse college program.

I want nothing to do with any of those three names, but Arians especially. Spurrier failed because he half-assed it when he got to DC and underestimated the amount of prep he had to do. Kelly isn't the type to make that mistake.

Look at Carroll and Harbaugh in SF. College coaches can get it done now in the NFL.
