Im a fan of both Rose and Lolo

I didnt laugh at her outfit but I also dont think it was crazy disrespectful. If you read what she wrote, she's actually injured. The leg brace and crutches are real, so she came up w a costume that could incorporate them. Plus she wrote "Im gonna come back strong just like D Rose" so its not malicious.

I doubt Rose himself takes himself so seriously or is as sensitive as posters on here. I also think the coli has a huge problem with women and many members look for any excuse to rage and attack them.

I'm lazy so I don't feel like looking for the original post to quote it... White people in blackface is racist, because the idea of blackface is racist... People get overly sensitive to shyt over the years, and don't remember what people are upset about in the first place.

Blackface is so bad because 1) black people weren't allowed to have roles as actors, so instead of allowing black actors, white actors "changed" into the perception of a black person and 2)because features were cartoonishly exaggerated to make black people look ridiculous.

A white person being a SPECIFIC black person, not a stereotype, and choosing to darken their skin to help look more like the specific person they're imitating is NOT BLACKFACE, stop this stupid argument

I disagree about white people darkening their skin, even to look like a specific person. Thats still on/over the line to me and I dont think should be done out of respect.

However, Lolo is just as black as any other mixed person so any sort of "blackface" accusation on this is nonsense. Hell, she doesnt need to "darken" herself because she's prob darker than Derrick to begin with.
