Well for whatever it's worth many people in the SEAL community are dismissive(if they don't outright laugh) at Luttrel and his exploits.
Well both former and actual SEALs(and other people who are 'in the know' or can make educated guesses) feel that Luttrell's account was not very plausible, and that even if it was, he had no business writing a book or making a movie.can you elaborate
the audience during the gun battle was

....i was able to contain myself in public when it came to the pictures at the end this time around
The movie is TYPICAL American war propaganda...
The whole movie was to glorify American Special Forces, but it had the opposite effect on me...It made me realize there is NOTHING heroic about going to someone else's country and dying like a dog over there...To me those Seals are not heroes, they are just dumb patriots who drank the Kool-Aid and paid the ultimate price...
But past the politics of the movies...It was entertaining...I agree, when they were tumbling down the hill I was like
I didn't like the fact that they didn't ALWAYS put subtitles when the Afghans were talking...They obviously do this to dehumanize them as savages, while the Americans are civilized heroes...
If you like a American war propaganda, then it is a good movie...But if you a person with multiple perspectives, don't think too much, just enjoy the action...
tried to neg you but little did i realize i already negged u earlier for another little fakkit type of post. you must be a real man
to the men that died doing their duty. the war may be a lie but their courage is not. they are the ones that do whats necessary so some of you little fakkits can sit behind a computer at home and talk shyt about them and besmirch their memory. those were men with families who died courageously doing their duty. we may not agree with the motive behind the war, i sure as hell dont, but they still have a job to do and they do it bravely without crying.neg for u and the nicca that dapped uThe movie is TYPICAL American war propaganda...
