I'm 5'7 hover between 160-170 with low body fat. Working out helps with aesthetics. In my experience women who were into me thought I was handsome and the physique was complimentary.

One time I was chilling with a woman and we were sitting down watching game of thrones. She had her arm behind mine and was caressing my bicep. She was like "wow you have so many veins!"
I said , " yea trace them" :youngsabo:

She was tracing my veins up to my shoulder. Down to my hands. It actually felt amazing.

My lane is making women feel comfortable. If I can attract women most brehs should be able to.

its too hard for me to gain wieght and damn sure muscle, so instead of spending my spare time working out i spend it getting money and educating myself :yeshrug:

i aint gone front like having a good physique aint a cheat code tho

You can spend 40 mins in the gym 3-5 times a week. life every other day and take the weekend off.
always extremes with people, never an in between.

if you posted a pic of some normal yet cut dude, i wouldn't have said shyt.. a dude like that is in the gym for waaaaaaaaaay more than 40 mins, 3 times a week.. and probably doing a lot more than just gym work too

if you posted a pic of some normal yet cut dude, i wouldn't have said shyt.. a dude like that is in the gym for waaaaaaaaaay more than 40 mins, 3 times a week.. and probably doing a lot more than just gym work too
first of all if anything you have it backwards. he's on tech so he doesn't even need to be in the gym for as long as a person who is natural is. second 1-1:30hrs x4-6 days out the week isn't going to kill you. kid and girl at home complaining about gym time after work? wake up early and get it done or tell them to shut the fukk up. if anything diet is the only #1 problem when it comes to annoying your girl. cause they wanna eat dumb ass shyt then ask you if they're getting fat. sticking to 100% strict diet kills relationships moreso than gym time. although it's a slippery slope, they lose respect for you when you start giving into their own desires to change you. they wont sya it but it will eventually be shown. especially if you go from ripped to average because she wants to eat cheesecake factory, then go to sweet frog and take pics for instagram.

I know exactly what you mean. They will definitely look and appreciate a man that takes care of his body. It's another thing on the long checklist of things many women like. why not add it to your aresenal.

When you take your shirt off and she sees the 6 pack and v taper for the first time. And those obliques. She's getting nekkid plain and simple.

Yes you can look like that going to the gym that amount. It will take a year or two, and a good diet, also cardio.

In my experience OP is right. In the black community black women are choosing mainly based on body built and height. This is especially the case if your a dark skinned black man. Lighter skinned black men have to bring less things to the table. That colorism things effects black men just as much as the women. So yeah body / height > face.

i can't even front... y'all nikkas have got me convinced.. i do go to the gym. i run about an hour plus every day. so to me, i'm thinking about, ok let me throw in an entire weight set with that too...

plus you always see these nikkas in the gym before you get there and still there when you leave. and those be the muscle bound dudes that STILL don't even look like the guy in OP


so i'll take that back.... and i'll also take some tips on that 45 min workout :feedme:
