As always, The Coli deals in extremes. Either working out is all you need to get bytches falling all over you or working out is dumb and all these swole dudes are sharing their girls with chubby nikkas. Will working out help you attract women? Sure, but it's only one part. You need to have the other things going for you to truly capitalize on it. You can't just tell one of these dudes like Kent or Jamil to start lifting weights as if all their problems will be solved. Also, here are some things people gotta keep in mind when talking about lifting weights, especially if you start getting serious about it:
1. You're more likely to get overt attention from other men than women.
2. The average chick doesn't give a shyt about your vascularity and v-taper. To them, you're in reasonably decent shape just by not having a gut.
3. Body dysmorphia is a bytch. So a lot of dudes out here are in great shape/swole as hell but still see themselves as small and weak, which could have the opposite effect of what everyone in here is talking about.
