7 days is kind of extreme unless u dont lift much per day. U should really look up a solid schedule. And like the other breh said u should post in the gym. We can help u thru your journeyYeah I lift 7 days a week, currently tryna cut

Ah ok. I got you. I'm in a cut phase right now too since I know I won't sirvive the holiday season.
You should go the H.I.I.T route to burn fat
Routine 1
2 16 minute battle rope intervals
12 full on sprints at 100 or 200 meters (be sure to sttetch A LOT since we're both on the wrong side of 25)
Sled push for 50 yards 4 times
Routine 2
Mixes cardio, core work, and light high rep low weight lifting. Burns fat while making sure not to lose muscle. Be sure to go as hard as you can on the bike and do as many reps as you can. You wanna be breathing hard afterwards bcuz it increases your metabolism
1 min exercise bike
1 min wood choppers with elastic band
1 min exercise bike
1 min one arm bent over row
1 min exercise bike
1 min weighted deadbugs (I use a 45 lb plate)
1 min exercise bike
1 min suit case carry with weight (I use a 70 lb dumbbell)
Rest for as long as u need and repeat 2 more times
Routine 3
Same deal as routine 2. Go all out. I do this on the same day as routine 2
1 min exercise bike
1 min wood choppers elastic band
1 min exercise bike
1 min bench press (135 lbs)
1 min exercise bike
1 min hammer strength lat pulldowns (best machine ever btw, hits lats efficiently)
1 min exercise bike
1 min garhammers on incline bench
Rest. Repeat 2 more times
I go to a 24 hour gym so if I go at say 11:00 at night I'm able to have the whole place to myself where I can go from one station to the next with blocking anyone because as you can see im hogging at least 5 peices of equipment with routines 1 and 2
