The goalposts will continue to shift to shyt like “long Covid” from the folks who will never be able to return to normal. But what about this. Well what about this. You can get this. Life comes with risk. You are free to stay home. Or walk around in a hazmat suit. Get triple boosted. Wear three masks and a face shield. If you’re that concerned about the microscopic chance of long Covid as a vaccinated individual you are free to stay home. You’re more at risk driving on the freeway to get groceries, but you can do what you want. No one else gives a flying fukk, and will go about their lives assuming the risk they are comfortable with
I’m vaxxed and boosted. Had my second shot in March. Booster in October. We are, and have been at for months, at the stage where people have clearly decided how much risk they are comfortable assuming, and that’s life. No scary stories of anecdotal long Covid, or breakthrough cases, or the one off athlete that still was able to play nba games but needed a whopping one puff on an inhaler before playing a game is going to sway those decisions they make. No one cares. Life has been normal for me since March. And will continue to be. I’m young, have a healthy BMI, and am vaccinated. I’m more at risk driving to the Vegas strip to grab a dinner than from a severe case of Covid. I have moved on. I suggest you do the same, as the stress and fear is just as detrimental on the body as Covid likely will be assuming you are also young and vaccinatedSo you're unvaxxed and thinking that you need MORE RISK doing essential needs in life.![]()
For one, I deliberately didn’t mention survival rate and you still went that route (already showing your lack of comprehension skills, so you’re destroying your credibility)We do know what’s going on
You have a better chance of survival being vaccinated and boosted. You don’t if you are unvaccinated
The worst case scenario has and continues to happen to unvaccinated people. It’s clear as day.
What does a 99% survival rate matter if a significant percent of those infected are living with negative long term quality of life effects?
no? Because you damn sure as hell not starving every night and then you wake up 20lbs heavier.
I’ve told people this before; if you see someone who is fat, that motherfukka is rich because it takes time and ALOT of money to get fat (and planning).
And at these food prices in these supermarkets, what true broke boy is bulking up like the Stay Puft Marshmellow Man.
Brehs can also miss me with the that “food desserts” shyt because how many decent food outlets in America are literally miles out of reach for a whole parcel of the community? If you legit wanna eat “good”, tap into your fukking animal instinct and jog/run/walk to the source of the food. There’s gonna be plenty waiting for you.
No one says you gotta pull up to the fast food spot and put up $8-12 for a value meal that won’t last you the end of that day. Now that same $8-12 can go to oats, rice, eggs, etc if you are really outchea starving.
That's just it... Only a very small minority are really living with "long covid" probably like less than 3 percent at the end of the day
Let’s break down why your are stupid and wrong one last time. For one, I deliberately didn’t mention survival rate and you still went that route (already showing your lack of comprehension skills, so you’re destroying your credibility)
Yes, the stats say clear as day that there is a 2% better chance of survival (when it’s already 97% without a vaccine). I’m sorry, but the fact that people don’t see how damn idiotic that sounds is ridiculous. You’d put a never before trialed vaccine in your body to increase your survival rate by 2%. If that’s not stupid I’m not sure what exactly is.
How did you come up with that number?
Long COVID is a range of symptoms that can last weeks or months after first being infected with the virus that causes COVID-19 or can appear weeks after infection. Long COVID can happen to anyone who has had COVID-19, even if their illness was mild, or if they had no symptoms.Let's define long covid first...... What does that mean...? And give details and specifics....

You don’t need a gym to lose weightThere a ton of communities that are true food desserts.
I got family in Madison county Florida and that place fits the definition of a food desert. There's one grocery store in town and it's not even a chain. And since this place has no competition the food choices are pretty shyt. The only gym in that county is in a community college that closes at 7:00 pm. The nearest Walmart is in Valdosta Georgia and it's 30 minutes away.
The people down there are poor and a good bit of them are overweight and obese. There are a ton of areas like this all across America

This is generic... I said specifics... You can have flu/cold/bronchitis/etc symptons for months...... What symptoms are debilitating effects are people having 4 to 6 months after being diagnosed with covid that are debilitating, or significantly effect their quality of life......
