6-7 hours isnt bad. roll some blunts, buy a pack of cigs, maybe a cup of coffee, and go. do the speed limit so you dont have to run into pigs

6 hours aint too bad, but the route you take makes the trip

the drive from nor cal to so cal is about 6 hours on the 5,but it is so boring and ugly

them views on the 101 makes it a whole nother trip though.

Those 12-13 hours trips are the ones that get me. 8 or less is cake.

I'd drive back and forth from Alabama to Orlando in college....about 10 1/2 hours including stops. Not that bad.......I also did Bama to Austin, Texas when my sister was living there -11 hours......It's interesting for me to do long trips.....but definitely take music to listen too. Also hit the road from Bama to Philly/NYC a couple of times- 17 to 20 hours.

I drive 6 or 7 hours like 3 times a year, not as bad as you think it is. The fact that you have friends there could make it fun.

Last December my cousin and I took a 12 hour drive (return trip took 16 hours), it went down well but we got tired of each others conversation real quick. Get a wide variety of music, snacks for the road and something to keep your drinks cool and you'll be aces.

6 Hours aint that far....long distance driving is like 10+ hours.

I once drove from Philly to Atlanta...never again.
