Even if that were the case, that would make everybody on the roster a bunch of unprofessional dikkheads. You NEVER take liberties with somebody in the ring and risk their safety, no matter how much you dislike them. Even HBK and Bret knew this at the height of their beef.

Hell, even Edge and Matt knew this during feud.
Maybe it's time for Sami to get a fukking clue and remove this move from his WWE move set.

Nah, for real, TOO MANY PEOPLE use this move, and then they use it multiple times during the match as well. Rollins & the Usos stay spamming that move.
I'm with you but tbh this is only a problem to older fans who grew up with Shawn Michaels and hold sweet chin music in high regard.

To younger fans growing up it's just another move. Like when I was a kid I didn't think much of a suplex but according to guys on podcasts I've listened to it used to be a finisher way back in the early days.

Chris Adams was spamming the superkick in the late 70s just like the Young Bucks/Usos/Seth do today. And it was dumb as shyt back then, too, because it was treated like his signature strike that he was so great at, but he killed its effectiveness pretty much immediately. People were doing vertical suplexes as finishers, sure, but guys like Lou Thesz were doing back drop drivers and powerbombs in the 50s at the same time. There's no reason for half the industry to pick one or two moves and spam the shyt out of them yet still act like they mean shyt.

Tonight made me realize that NO ONE tries to catch Sami on his dives. Even in multi-man matches, 3 people will magically not catch him. Starting to believe those rumors that he's actually an annoying a$$hole backstage that people don't like.

I heard Sami likes to play backstage politics, so it sounds about right now.

Why the fukk does these dudes do outside dives every fukking match? Oh, my bad, the women do it too. Every. fukking. Match.

Why? This is mindless. It is a stupid spot to pop the crowd because the wrestlers today have zero ring psychology other than a few.

The guy receiving the move has to protect the diver. For some reason WWE just lets them do it as a shoot and surprisingly people land on their necks.
