14 hour drive straight?

Well google says 16. Sounds fun.

13 hours. I'm flying or taking the train next time. It can start to get kinda stressful after a certain point.

Toronto to Montreal usually takes 4.5 hours but there was so much traffic took me 7

Takes me about 4.5 - 5 hours most times I go to MTL but once it took me 9 hours coming back during labor day weekend learned my lesson there

Longest was 8.5 hours to NYC from Toronto

I'm thinking of doing a USA road trip sometime in the next 2-3 years. Canada too trash to drive through with nothing to see

Start in TO with stops in Chicago, Denver, Vegas

Finish off in Cali and drop rental after few days and fly back to the city

I'd have to work out all the logistics but when I start thinking of the cost to do all this, I always book somewhere else to go

I love driving, but anything over 15 hrs I’m either flying or splitting that bad boy up.

As I get up there in age, it’s getting harder and harder to do these long trips solo.

Any of y’all utilize the rest areas? I was always taught it’s dangerous to fall asleep at them, but I’ll stop at one and take a power nap at one in a heartbeat

Chicago to Charleston, SC, 13 hours, about 900 miles.

I love driving alone, listening to podcasts, standup comedy albums and music makes the drive go by fast.
And since I am horrible at driving in the middle of the night, the times I've done this trip, I always leave at like 4 or 5am in the morning.

Dallas to Parents crib took a few hrs break
Then to Chesapeake VA

Spent the night in Chesapeake
Then drove 18hrs back to parents crib
