A few years back when I was going through the worst of my depression, I would go weeks without bathing, I didn't count the days, everyday seemed to blend together. I was unemployed at the time, and wasn't in school, so I just laid in bed all day, fukking around on the internet and watching television. I just didn't have the will or energy to bathe myself properly or brush my teeth or take care of myself in any way at all. It was a pretty low point in my life. These days I can't go even a single day without my cleansing, exfoliating, and moisturizing myself. If I don't do it, I don't feel human.

I only bath properly like twice a week mostly. On Monday and Saturday. Fridays too if I play 5-a-side the night before

Every other day I just wipe my pits and dikk with a cloth.
